Affiverified.com – Audit Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Audit Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Affiverified BV (“Affiverified”, “we”, “our”) and the Client (“you”, “your”) regarding the execution of a technical tracking audit of your affiliate program. By commissioning an audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Audit

Affiverified will perform a technical audit of your affiliate tracking infrastructure across a series of real-world test scenarios. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cookie behavior and lifespan validation

• Cross-browser and cross-device tracking

• Cookie consent and privacy prompt testing

• Adblocker impact assessment

• Click-to-sale delay testing (up to 30 days)

• Attribution chain verification

Audits may involve test purchases conducted under simulated user conditions.

3. Confidentiality & Data Use

All test data and results will be treated with strict confidentiality unless explicitly approved for publication by the Client.

• Affiverified agrees not to disclose, sell, or license any test data without Client’s prior consent.

• Public sharing of an audit report requires written authorization.

4. Client Obligations

To conduct a successful audit, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all relevant tracking links, pixels, or API documentation

• Confirm if deduplication logic or fraud filters apply

• Inform Affiverified of any known limitations or exemptions (e.g., SEA exclusions)

• Allow Affiverified to place test orders and simulate user behavior

5. Limitations

• Affiverified does not guarantee detection of all possible tracking issues.

• Affiliate network behavior beyond your technical environment (e.g., postbacks) is outside our responsibility.

• Results are a snapshot in time and do not reflect future changes or fixes unless a re-audit is commissioned.

6. Intellectual Property

All audit reports and methodologies are the intellectual property of Affiverified. Clients receive a limited license for internal use. Public distribution or resale is prohibited without written agreement.

7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Affiverified commits to conducting audits in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR. All test purchases and user simulations are done using synthetic data or anonymized personas.

8. Fees & Payment

Audit fees are due as agreed upon in the invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required prior to the commencement of the audit. The remaining 70% is payable upon delivery of the final audit report, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by Belgian law .
